Instant Article Factory

A week ago, I did an initial review of Instant Article Factory.  At the time I wrote about some of the drawbacks with a note that it would be a really great product if it was integrated with The Best Spinner.  Well, I’m pleased to say that Jonathan Ledger has responded very quickly to all the feedback on the Instant Article Factory support forums and has updated Instant Article Factory with some great new features from when it was initially released.

I initially held off from purchasing Instant Article Factory, but I’m pleased to say that now that the initial shortcomings have been addressed, I was more than happy to grab a copy and having been putting it to good use in the last few days.

Updated Features of Instant Article Factory

There are quite a few new features in Instant Article Factory, but I’ll cover the most important ones.

Templates

The number of templates have grown considerably and there are new templates being added all the time.

Additionally, users can submit their own custom templates to share with everyone or upload a template to use for themselves.

Templates are constantly being written and old ones are retired after a certain number of uses to ensure that you don’t get too many similar articles.

Spinning Support

This is the main area that has really improved out of site.  Instant Article Factory supports full nested spinning to unlimited levels.

You can spin both the text of the article and the template itself.  This gives you the opportunity to create a large number of unique articles in record time.

You can either manually spin the text or you can use the huge synonym database from The Best Spinner.

The screenshot below, shows and example of spinning the text in the article body.

So combining the randomised, unique Instant Article Factory templates with spinning both the article and the template, gives you incredible range of control and ability to produce a large number of unique articles.

When it comes time to generating your article, you have two options:

1. Generate the article with the spun text.  This will use a combination of the unique template and any additional article and/or template spinning you have done.
2. Generate the article with the spintax.  This is useful if you want to import the article into The Best Spinner for further spinning or submit to an article distribution network like the  Free Traffic System.

Final Thoughts

For me personally, my main use for Instant Article Factory is to quickly knock out 300-400 word articles for various web 2.0 sites.  Doing this manually is very time consuming and quite tedious, so any tool that helps speed up the process is fantastic.

It never ceases to amaze me how quickly Jonathan Ledger comes up with great new tools for Internet Marketers.  It wasn’t that long ago that Keyword Snatcher was released, and his latest creation called Instant Article Factory is going to be even more popular.

If you find writing articles to be a real chore or if you often get writers block, then Instant Article Factory can really help boost productivity.

How Does Instant Article Factory Work?

Instant Article Factory works by having a selection of popular article templates, eg:

• Pros and Cons
• 3 Reasons You Should
• 3 Things To Avoid
• Top 5 Tips

For each of these common topic areas, there are thousands of unique templates.  After a thousand generates, the template is retired to prevent any potential duplicate content being generated.

When you choose the template you are interested in, you essentially just go through and fill in the blanks.  Certain fields are pre-populated with the text you previously typed to save even more typing.  A typical 300-400 word article should only take about 5 mins to write, compared to at least half an hour if you write it from scratch.

What Are The Drawbacks?

Well, like any automated or semi-automated generated content, it’s never going to be as perfect as what a top notch copyrighter can produce.  However, most of us aren’t professional copyrighters, so I think any guided assistance is a huge help.

At present, the number of templates is relatively small, but Jonathan is adding new templates all the time.  One thing that impresses me with all of Jonathan Ledger’s software is the speed in which he responds to enhancements and bug fixes.   Chances are by the time you read this review, there will be a huge library of templates.

Instant Article Factory produces unique versions of articles each time you open a template, however, it would be really good if it integrated directly with The Best Spinner.  This would give you the best of both worlds:

1.  An easy and quick way to write articles.

2. An easy and quick way to product lots of unique articles.

However, you can take the generated article and put it through The Best Spinner to generate lots more unique articles.  Additionally, you can enter spintax in Instant Article Factory so that you can use it with software like The Best Spinner or various blog networks that support spintax.

Jonathan listens very closely to feedback and suggestions on his support forums.  You can be assured that Instant Article Factory will undergo a whole series of improvements.

Keyword Snatcher

I’ve had the opportunity to grab an early copy of Jonathan Ledger’s Keyword Snatcher tool and give it a test run.

As you know, keyword research is the fundamentally most important element of online marketing and particularly in affiliate marketing.

So, what does Keyword Snatcher offer that the various free and other paid keyword research tools don’t?

Firstly, let me say that Keyword Snatcher is not really competing with the likes of Keyword Elite and Market Samurai, as it doesn’t have all the in-depth analysis of competition sites.  Keyword Snatcher is a great tool to have along side these products as it approaches keyword research in a different way and can yield a rich set of keywords that other software can’t match.

If you are using the Google Adwords Keyword research tool, you’ve probably come up with results that you know are just plain wrong or seem to be missing a whole lot of keywords.   Well, you are certainly not alone.  It is quite well known just how inaccurate or plain misleading the Google Adwords Keyword tool results can be.

Even if you don’t use Google Adwords Keyword tool directly, many other websites and keyword research software use it on the backend, so you may well end up with the same skewed results.

So how does Keyword Snatcher manage to grab so many more keywords compared to other tools?   What is does is use the Google, Bing and Yahoo search suggestions to create a combined list (if you choose to query the three search engines) with their respective rankings.    Even though Keyword Ranker doesn’t display the actual number of search requests for a keyword, that doesn’t really matter, as you can get a very good idea of the potential of a keyword by looking at the search results position.

For example, if you used “blue widgets” as the base keywords to search on and you found a snatched keyword returned that was positioned in the top 5 results on Google, Yahoo and Bing, you know that is a valuable keyword as a lot of people are searching for it on the three major search engines.

The real value of Keyword Snatcher is its ability to pull out a huge list of long tail keywords for a given base keyword.   This list can then be further analysed and refined or exported to a tool like Keyword Elite or Market Samurai for further in-depth analysis.

Having all the long tail keywords is also great for writing articles, as you will be able to cover a very comprehensive set of keywords related to your niche.

If you’ve been in Internet Marketing for long enough, you know just how important it is to submit articles to article directories for effective backlinking/SEO results.

There are many article spinning products and services currently available, but pretty much all suffer from the same symptom of producing poorly spun articles that at best, are barely acceptable to most article directories, and at worst, they are virtually unreadable and have a high rejection rate.

I’d heard a lot of good things about The Best Spinner, so I decided to check it out for myself and see if it lived up to all the spin (pun intended).

What’s Good About The Best Spinner?

The main thing that sets The Best Spinner apart from other similar spinning software products is the user generated thesaurus. This means that whenever The Best Spinner shows you a list of synonyms, the list of suggestions has been built over time by the thousands of users.  The software uses a weighted system, so that the more people use a particular synonym, the higher up the list it will be.  This means that you generally get very useful set of synonyms to choose from.

The Best Spinner will also work with short phrases as well as single words.  Some spinning products will only do single word replacements.  Having phrase replacements increases the uniqueness of the article.

Some of the other very good features of The Best Spinner are:

• The ability to export to various spintax formats.  This is great if you want to use your spun article with another product or website that uses a different spin syntax.  You can even define your own syntax.
• Nested Spinning.  The Best Spinner has unlimited levels of nested spinning, which you can color code up to four levels in order to make it easier to track.
• You can automatically generate up to 250 spun articles from your spun text.
• There is a word count and uniqueness percentage which is constantly updated as you work on your text.
• You can save a “Favorites” list of commonly used synonyms that you commonly use in your articles.

What’s Bad About The Best Spinner?

To be honest, I can’t really find any bad points.  Possibly the only thing that might put some people off is the $77 per year charge, but I consider that to be a pretty good payment for a piece of software that works really well.  Don’t forget that the annual subscription fee ensures you always have access to the latest thesaurus.

Conclusion

The Best Spinner is a very useful tool to have in the arsenal of the Internet Marketer if you use it wisely.   Like any Internet Marketing piece of software, it’s not a magic bullet, but it sure makes the process of unique article generation a lot easier and much faster.
